Parentage of Charlotte Tucker Gibson, Canada, help please

Question

Hi, folks. I have been searching for the parentage of Charlotte Tucker Gibson, Tucker-12828, for more than a year. She was born in Canada and died in St. John's Lunatic Asylum. Any ideas of where I might look? I have used Ancestry library edition, Family Search, Tucker genealogies in various electronic library databases, New Brunswick online records--and more! I have searched her children's records and lives in an attempt to uncover clues.

The files held by the Asylum would most likely contain her parents names. Is it possible the Provincial Archives may have archived her records? They should at least be able to tell you what happened to the records. Maybe sent to Library and Archives Canada if not destroyed.

I have added the 1871 census records for this family to Charlotte and William's profiles. You can use this data and add it to the profiles of the other members of the household.
