Mayflower Project Members : Help needed to clear "Warning 945: Unused Span Anchors" [closed]

Span anchors look like this : <span id='name'></span>  <span id='xxxxx'></span>

Sometimes they are used to "bring" you to another part of a profile biography, but frequently they can be found without the appropriate link in the biography that looks like  [[#name]] or [[#name|link text]]  More Information

The Mayflower project has 144 profiles with the unused span anchors "Wrning 945" and could use a couple of project members to clear them up. One person to start at the top of the list and one to start at the bottom?

Directions for clearing these.

1. Open the profile in Edit mode
2. Scroll to the bottom, look for Warning   Unused Span Anchors →  this is a list of the items that need to be cleared. Notice that the first item is on the same line with   Warning   just after the arrow.
3. Scroll up into the bio section In the list of sources find the <span id='xxxxx'></span> that matches the items in the list in #2 and remove only <span id='xxxxx'></span>.  Don't remove the whole source.
4. If there are other suggestions listed ignore them.
5. If you would like to help, answer the question.

I can help with removing the anchor codes <span id='xxxxx'></span> and leaving the source information.  I will start from the top of the list and work my way down.
