Thankfully this isn't the cause of a brickwall, but my inability to find a death here, has taken my interest, not to mentioned the filed missing persons requests, assumed names, and possible second marriage. I'd love to know what happened to him. Scroll through his profile and have a look at what I have so far. Can you find anything more? Please feel free to have a look. Think I will explore the possiblity someone else had put on Geni. 

• Someone has a profile for John Bayles Evan's on geni.com, that says he was born 1877, and married Emily Isabella Greville, and had Enid Alicia on 23 July 1908, and died 1920.

From NSW BDM. Can't find a marriage. But a birth at Broken Hill, matches what the Missing Persons notice in the paper said.
