Learn more about the Slave Narratives this week for free

The US Black Heritage Project has posted several times in the last several months asking for help with creating profiles from the Slave Narratives. If you'd like to learn more about this valuable resource, Legacy Family Tree Webinars has a webinar on this topic which is free, but only for the next 6 days. I watched the webinar this afternoon, and it was very informative.  I did not know there were other slave narratives other than those from the WPA.

Have you heard of the "Ex-Slave Association of Greater Miami" they were interviewed in the 1940s...

I've never heard of them. After watching the webinar, it's apparent there are quite a few places with narratives and interviews we can access once these narratives are complete.
