The notes within them also support that these are the same person so the merge needs to move forward. LNAB can always be changed in the future if sources should become available. One name goes into the LNAB field and the other possible names go into the Other Last Names field (comma separated).

Very very true, Robert!  Would you like to propose a merge?  There is specific functionality for that, and it would bring the proposal to the attention of the profile managers, who are the ones who need to approve it.  When you are on the profile, click the Matches box near the top in the centre of the page....

I may be confused, but it looks to me as if they have already been merged, on 29 June 2020. See this changes list.
