Photo Mystery: Unknown relative with McCoy sisters Jennie Worley and Della Ross

Hi! 

I love this photo of my great-great grandmother Della (McCoy) Ross (on the right) and her sister, Jennie (McCoy) Worley (in the middle). I'd like to learn the name of the person on the left. Strong family resemblance, but the only other sister I know of, Mary Elizabeth, died young at age 8 months 2 days per her grave at the Dickerson ME Church in Cadiz, Ohio.  

I believe this was taken in Bothell, King County, Washington, but the McCoy family was originally from Harrison County, Ohio. Date: unknown, possibly early 1900s.

I can't Help with who this would be but just wanted to say what a great photo, Love how your gg-gm is the only one looking at the camera, and how the 3 persons expressions are seemingly quite differant. Thanks for sharing and sorry I can't help.
