Probably not; the colonial immigrant the descent passes through does not appear on any list of verified gateway ancestors. There were fewer than 600 or so colonial-era immigrants to North America with a verifiable line of descent from royalty/Magna Carta barons/etc; the names of those colonial-era immigrants can be found here and here. If your colonial-era ancestor with a presumed line of descent from royalty is not on one of those lists then the line is probably false.
