I am Robert E. Blair VII. The VII isn't official but I am the 7th Robert Blair. I currently live in Japan where I have resided since 1976. Robert Blair I was born in Somerset County, New Jersey and was married to an Eleanor Sutphen. I am trying to find the father of Robert I. I suspect it was a John I haven't found any concrete evidence. This John could have been the immigrant ancestor. I was born in 1940 in Shafter, California to Robert Blair VI. My mother was named Lois Thompson. I am currently a permanent resident of Japan. Two of my four sons live here. Permanent Residence is a legal immigrant status. Does anybody have concrete information on the above mentioned John?
