Searching for parents of George Heber Bond b. 1889 April 09 Enlgand, emigrated to Canada 1907

married Spouse in Sask. Canada,  Sabie Nina Pearl Tinkess b. aug 15, 1897 in ontario

I am looking for info on the Bond side, nobody in my family knows anything about family from england except they were poor farmers during the war period.  My uncles were in England during that time and did visit, but now my uncles have all passed away.  I am at a dead end at this point.

Hi Shannon,

His birth was registered as Heber George Bond, in the district of Lexden, Essex. (GRO Index, Lexden 4a/568 q June 1889).

He can be found both in the 1891 & 1901 census, living in Copford Green, Essex, with his parents John & Emily, both of whom were born Birch, Essex.

1891 there are three elder brothers, Basil C, aged 11, Athur C, aged 9, James E aged 3.father, John is decribed as an Agricultural labourer.

Only James and Heber are living with the family in190, although they are joined by grandfather James Everitt aged 78. John is employed as a horseman on a farm.

John Bond married Emily Everitt 1877 (GRO Index Lexden,4a/477, q September 1877).

John Bond was christened  12 November 1854, Birch, Essex, the son of George Bond and Anne (England births & Christenings 1538-1812).

Emily I believe was born 1856 (GRO index, Lexden 4a/267 q March 1856). The daughter of James Everitt & Anne from the 1871 census.
