GEDCOM file waiting on approval for dates?

My GEDCOM file is waiting for approval due to dates of birth and death. I recieved an email stating to skip those names without this info. My questions are: If I have birth but not death dates do I check those to skip? What about the private that has dates but is private due to still living, do I check those to skip also? Just wanting to get this right so I have fewer mistakes.

Thanks

Hi Ruth!

As long as you have either a birth or a death date for someone then you are good to go. As long as there is one or the other you don' t need to skip them.

Our system automatically sets living individuals' profiles to the red privacy setting so you don't necessarily need to skip them unless it makes you feel more comfortable to not have profiles automatically created for them.

Thank you, now I can get it corrected and hope it gets approved.
