Why does 'Research' go to RootsSearch WikiTree Integration

The last 2 days RootsSearch is stuck - it asks for WT ID, but nothing works.

 RootSearch error when using Microsoft Edge it goes to integration.  I opened it in Chrome browser and it works great.

There have been multiple threads about this.  just to make sure the word gets out: On Chrome at least, when you get to the RootSearch error screen, do a hard page reload (Shift-reload), You'll then be prompted to enter your WikiTree credentials.  Do so, and RootSearch should start working normally.
