Walter Crockett Scott was born on September 23, 1883 in Bluefield, Tazewell, Virginia, United States to the parents of James Polk Scott and Susan C. Clay. They had ten (10) children together.[1]
In 1900, Walter was living in his parent's home in Township 12, Alamance, North Carolina, United States.[2]
In September 27, 1905, Walter married Mary N. B. (Crabtree) Scott in Tazewell, Virginia, United States.[3]
In 1910, Walter and Mollie were living in Jeffersonville, Tazewell, Virginia, United States with their two (2) young sons.[4]
In 1917, their new-born daughter died on July 22, 1917 in Tazewell, Virginia, United States from a pre-mature birth.[5]
In 1920, 1930 & 1940, Walter & Mollie and their children lived in Clear Fork Magisterial District, Tazewell, Virginia, United States.[6][7][8]
On October 30, 1940, Walter died at age fifty-six (56) of unknown origins in Falls Mills, Tazewell, Virginia, United States.[9]
Walter is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Bluefield, Tazewell County, Virginia, USA.[10]
