I’m from Minnesota, and I live in Florida.
Engineering and craftsmanship are literally in my DNA (McNary, Cary, Baumgartner, Stussy-Stussi, Nelson, Bradford, Lonne-Christian).
To aid WikiTree in the administration of my account should I be incapacitated, or in the event of my death, I hereby give permission for all private profiles I'm managing to be transferred to the following WikiTreers, whether or not they are currently on the Trusted Lists:

You have observed, "Using the same first name for the next generations among cousins is very confusing. " It seems to run in families, especially when you have multiple children in each and each family has to have a John, a Nicholas, a Thomas and a Christopher. Cousins have been confused with each other. The only way to tell them apart is by their wives and their birth records if you can find them.
Other features that cause confusion can be observed when the birth records do not name the first name of the child, a practice that seems to have been popular in the British West Indies, where many of my family members were born. When we find an unusual first name or middle name, it is a great help. Otherwise we have lots of family mysteries. Best regards for a wonderful holiday season.
Be sure and add the "Virginia" tag under your "Followed" tags :)
We have two google groups - one for discussion (https://groups.google.com/g/wtvirginiadiscuss) and one for managed profiles (https://groups.google.com/g/wtvirginia). Send a join request if you'd like to join either or both (INCLUDE YOUR WIKITREE ID SO WE KNOW IT IS YOU.)
When you get a chance, please add your info on the Virginia Team page:(https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Virginia_Team). If you haven't already looked it over, Virginia Project (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Virginia) is the main project page and has lots more information.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s very important to read and understand the Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.
Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

We are so pleased you decided to upgrade to the Family Member level.
Please visit our tutorial pages to learn how to use WikiTree: How To Use WikiTree. They will save you time, energy, and frustration as you add your family profiles.
Exploring the site is the best way to learn. One way to do that is to check out the drop-down menus on the top right side of your profile page. Finding a known ancestor and collaborating with the profile manager is another great way to start.
Questions? You can always use the G2G link in the Help Menu to find answers.
