Biography

Bethunia was born in 1798. She was the daughter of Joab Johnson and Elizabeth Smith. She married William Hendley Stone on 20 November 1818, in Williamson, Tennessee, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 4 daughters. She lived in Hardeman, Tennessee, United States for about 10 years ^[1]and District 11, Grainger, Tennessee, United States in 1870.^[2] She died on 22 May 1877, in White, Arkansas, United States, at the age of 79, and was buried in Mount Pisgah Cemetery, Letona, White, Arkansas, United States.^[3]
