Do we have any US land deed experts, or well-practiced amateurs?

I have transcribed a land deed from Barnstable County, MA, which clealy links a large family together. I wonder if anyone who is very clear on deeds would be willing to read through and see if they can give any insight? The profile is for Mercy (Godfrey) Small of Chatham & Falmouth. Any clues to relationships would be *most* helpful.
