Well, another day spent reviewing the baptisms, etc in Coddington, John Insley. Weller Notes. The American Genealogist, Vol 25 (1950) pp 248-256, and Vol 27 (1951) pp 26-31, 192, available at American Ancestors.org. pg 252 included will of Stephen Weller of Cranbrook, Co Kent, clothier, dated ____ 1634. It clearly lists his wife Joane, eldest son Stephen Weller and younger sons Richard Weller, John Weller, Alexander Weller, Dence Weller, Thomas Weller, William Weller, and Henry Weller; and married daughters Eleanor Plumer, Mary Rooke, and Joane Taylor. In spite of extensive searching for the will, I have not been able to find it. Source # 15 on Weller-1073 goes to FamilySearch.org, and indicates that it can be viewed at a FamilySearch center or affiliate library. :( Profile for Weller-1073 lists children and year of baptism. Of note, there is a gap between Steven (1608) and John (1612). Richard Weller, bp 1610 would fit in here nicely. No further Richards are listed in the baptism record after 14 Oct 1610. Possibly the Richard Weller who showed up in Windsor, Connecticut around 1640 (Weller-95)??? I think the baptism record that I recently added to Weller-95 should be removed. Sending this string to G2G
