I'm following WT Help instructions to upload a photo to a profile.

All that appears is the Adobe logo for the scanned photo, not the photo itself. What am I doing wrong?

Is the photo in .jpg format?  Adobe would most likely be a .pdf file.

You've probably saved it as a pdf. If you save it as a jpeg or png format file, you should get the image showing
