Any Byers from iowa/Nebraska area? Trying to find family

My mother never knew her father and my grandmother kept that as a close secret and I now I want to branch out and find these lost family members, I’ve met my great grandfather who didn’t know we existed

Welcome to WikiTree Samuel.  You will see 2 boxes with a magnifying glass icon at top of every regular WikiTree page (not the G2G pages like this one though).  If you enter Byers in the second box (the one for last name) and click the magnifying glass, you will get a list of all the Byers profiles here.  At the bottom of the list, you can add more search criteria to narrow the search and you may find profiles of Byers people from the area you are interested in.  If you look at those profiles, you can contact the profile manager, who may be able to help and may even be a member of your family.
