Can't confirm relationship.

Question

Hi Wikitree-mates! I have a question with regard to Martha Duke Langford. Duke-4952 While building my tree (on Ancestry), Her name came up as the mother of my 5th GG Nancy Langford (1790-1845 who was born in Ashe, N.C. and died in Nodaway, Missouri).  Nancy was married to William Martin Gray (1785-1855).  I cannot find any reliable sources that confirm Martha Duke Langford and Nancy Langford Gray are mother and daughter. The only thing I found is on RootsWeb, and that says Martha Duke Langford only had two sons.  Am I on the wrong track? Help!

I added some marriage sources to Martha Patsy Duke.  

Family Search profile for Nancy has marriage sources for her with William Gray. 

It shows 12 children connected to John and Martha Langford, but there are no sources connecting them.

With a little more digging, I found the connection to my branch.  Thanks so much for the help! I can now connect an ancestor to the Big Tree
