Biography

Charles was born in 1882 and was residing in Richland, Carroll County, Iowa in 1885. [1]He was the son of Manley Turner and Ione Webster.

In 1900, he was living with his parents in Richland, Carroll County, Iowa. [2]


His daughter, Doris Ione Turner, was born 27 March, 1910. in Rupert, Lincoln, Idaho when he was 28 years old. [3]

He was registered for the World War I draft in 1917-1918 from Minidoka County, Idaho. [4]

In 1920, Charles was living with his wife, nee Alice B Arnold, in Nelson, Butte County, California. His son, Wendell, age 11, and daughter, Doris, age 9, are also in the household. [5]

He passed away in 1962. [6]
