Are there details on the life and death of Gabriel C. Smith born in Texas about 1875 and died 1898-1899? He married Missouri Kansas Grider in Fannin County, Texas 26 July 1891. They had two daughters: Willie Etta Smith (1895-1974) and Stella Melissa Smith (1898-1977).

Only thing i found on Gabriel C Smith, b  1875 was a marriage record.  His wife Missouri remarried to a Henry Dean and had other children.

Found a mention of a

Gabrlel C Smith on 1885 tax record, but your Gabriel was to young to be on tax list.  Perhaps a relative?

I checked Family Search for Corbett Corburn, then opend the "Tree Apps" icon and followed it up to the Smith family.  But even Family Search brickwalls.
