What is the evidence that his parents are Peter and Mary? All the surrounding siblings were (apparently) born in Aston-by-Budworth, and Eccles is 18 miles away.

The Inquisition post mortem on Peter Warburton quoted on his profile stated that he had 'no male heir of his body'. His will only mentioned daughters . https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Warburton-12  . The visitation of Cheshire 1580 (cited on both Peter's and Mary's profiles) has no male heir.

The FS index christening record linked  has no mention of the father so this could be any John Warburton.
