"daughter born Mar 16th 1816 they being still of the Baptist profesion she is not baptised but called Margaret." There is a whole series of parish records on the same page for each her siblings, presumably recorded in the parish on the same day. I am confused as to what this is trying to tell me. Why is someone not baptised appearing in a baptism record of the parish? Not being a Scottish Baptist, I would really appreciate it if someone could kindly educate me please as to what this means.
