It's a WWI service record for someone named Wilfred Charles Johnston. Looks like he enlisted  April 15, 1918.  Left Canada on June 3, 1918, arrived in England June 21.  It is hard to read, but it's a record of his assignments/movements from his enlistment until his return to Canada, leaving from Liverpool on March 12, 1919.
