To add the Virginia Project account as a profile manager, add <wtvirginia[at]googlegroups.com> to the profile's trusted list and then click [Add as Manager]. If you add the project as a profile manager, you must also add the project box and a location category:

the link for Xx County, Virginia is for Category:Virginia, which lists all county categories
