Died. On the morning of the 28th instant, of apoplexy, Mr. JAMES M. WATKINS, aged 35 years, leaving a wife and five children to mourn their loss. The friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend his funeral, from his late residence in Fairfax County, Va., on this morning, at 10 o'clock.
