Biography

Born in 1947, on an Air Force base near Biloxi, Mississippi, where my father was stationed. My father's background is mainly English, with an adoption somewhere in the family, and lived mostly in Seattle, Washington, after growing up in Wilbur Washington.

I grew up with my mother after the divorce. She remarried many times, and I grew up in chaos. (Mother's side was mostly German/Polish with a rapist in the story who was my mother's father)

At seventy seven I have lived in many places: LA, NYC, Seattle, Spain, and now Greece for the last 20 years.

Married at 17, divorced at about 22, lived with a writer for years, fell in love with a gay man for many more years, married at 35, had a baby boy, and stayed happily married for the next 40+ years.

Too many jobs to keep track of including Graphic Design/Production for Ad companies and record albums, freelance and self-employed. I was a deputy for an LA City Councilman and ran the Archives for a radical radio station. And I managed Actors for work in Hollywood and did Extra work on movies/TV.

Hobbies/interests include Protesting, dancing, singing, making stuff, sewing, writing (Broken at Birth is my first published novel), and talking, a lot.
