Biography
Florence was the daughter of Thomas and Matilda (Taylor) Sparey.
The 1891 England and Wales Census lists Minnie as a nine year old girl living with her parents and three older brothers at Frome, Somerset, England. Her occupation is recorded as scholar.[1]
The 1901 England and Wales Census lists Minnie as a 19 year old single woman living with her parents, two brothers, and a sister on Friggle Street at Frome, Selwood, Somerset. Her occupation is recorded as general domestic servant.[2]
Florence married Frederick Thomas Coleman at Frome during the second quarter of 1909.[3]
The 1911 England and Wales Census lists Florence Minnie as a 29 year old married woman living with her husband in Frome, Selwood, Somerset. It is also noted that Florence's younger sister, Margaret Annie, is a visitor in the home.[4]
After Frederick's death, Florence married George William Samuel Stocker in 1919.
