Biography

Called “John Johnson (W)” in Fluvanna census to differentiate him from John (SW) Johnson and John (HW/NW) Johnson.

Lived near Bartholomew F Kidd and Peter R(oss) Johnson in 1840.

John married first abt 1790 Frances “Fanna” Kidd, according to Family Info. No source as yet found.

Her first child was “Bartholomew Kidd Johnson (b1791)”. She had grandchildren named Lucy Fanna Barker and Emily Elizabeth Kidd Barker.

He married 1828 (2nd) Mary “Polly” Johnson-Faris, widow of William M Faris, and daughter of John Johnson and Nancy Ross. Peter Ross Johnson was Polly’s brother.

He passed away before 1847.
