John is called “John (W)” in the Fluvanna census to differentiate him from John (HW)[NOTE: probably should be "NW" as in Northwest"] Johnson and John (SW) Johnson.
In his will, 1847, John (W) mentioned “my wife’s daughter Mary Joseph.”. This was Mary Faris (b1818) daughter of Wm M Faris and Polly Johnson, who mrd Robert A Joseph. She died in childbirth in 1848.
John (W) Johnson resided in 1840 near “Peter R(oss) Johnson", Polly’s brother, and “Bartholomew F. Kidd” (b ca1800).
Given the use of the names Fanna, Kidd, and Bartholomew in the generation after Fanna Johnson, it may be that Bartholomew F Kidd in 1840 Fluvanna was Fanna’s brother.

When Johnson made his will in Fluvanna, dated 23 Sep 1845, probated 25 Jan 1847, he named his wife Mary, her daughter Mary M/W Joseph, and 5 children: Bartholomew K Johnson, James K Johnson, Lucy White, Nancy Bragg, and Mildred Barker.
Indeed, the "KIDD" name is prevalent in this family:
No record has been found for the John Johnson-Frances "Fanna" Kidd marriage.
