She married Charles Edward Terres on 24 September 1833, in Philadelphia Monthly Meeting, Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.
They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 5 daughters.[2]
In 1850, she and Charles lived in Mecklenburg, North Carolina, United States with their children.[3]
In 1860, Charlotte and Charles lived in Western Division, Mecklenburg, North Carolina, United States.[4]
She died on 31 December 1881, in White Oak, Fairfield, South Carolina, United States, at the age of 68, and was buried in Oakland Cemetery, Atlanta, Fulton, Georgia, United States.[5]
