Communication Preferences:
I am interested in communicating with
cousins and anyone else with an interest in genealogy.
Here is my family tree.
I am especially interested in my Webb ancestors. My maternal grandfather was Melvin Elija Webb, and Ancestry DNA links me back to early Virginia resident Thomas Webb. I am quite dubious about the magnificent trail I see represented and would like to get some more rational information on the subject. Webb is a fascinating family regardless of whether there actually was a Sir Thomas Alexander Webb, Jr. I am also interested in my Jackson lineage. I am currently working to vet the paternity of my 2nd great grandfather, Wesley Jackson.

Thank you most kindly. I am impressed by the degree of rigor found here and this I require. I have been following my ancestry through a DNA test on Ancestry, and while it is fascinating, and I am fairly comfortable with the results I see back to around fifth great grandparent, some of the trails I follow seem to run a bit amok 😂 … especially the Webb line, which is being discussed here in a most engaging way.
Again, thank you, and I hope on occasion I can even contribute.
