Biography

Judith Foster was born on March 20, 1728 in Holliston, Middlesex, Massachusetts. Her parents were Benjamin Foster and Sarah (Woodward) Foster.^{[1] [2]}

Her family moved to Rockingham County, New Hampshire about 1740,^[3] and she married John Chute on November 26, 1745 at Hampstead, Rockingham, New Hampshire.^{[4] [5]} Judith moved to Granville Township, Annapolis, Nova Scotia with her husband John Chute and her elderly parents Benjamin and Sarah in 1759.^{[6] [7] [8]} She died in in Granville in November 1808 in her 83rd year.^[9] Chute Family History Book^[10]
