Jane (Flint) Rhodes was born in Farlington, Yorkshire, England.

Jane Montieth Flint was born before January 18, 1816 in Farlington, Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom (Her age at death suggests a birth about 1812). Jane, daughter of Thomas Flint & Hannah, was baptised on 18 January 1816 in Farlington, Yorkshire, England.[1].

Jane married John Rhodes (born on December 24, 1809 in Wheldrake, Yorkshire). Their children were:

In 1851, Jane (35) was living in household of John Rhodes (41) in Yorkshire, Yorkshire (East Riding) in York registration district in England with her husband, John (41); and their children, Sarah (12), John (8), Hannah (6), Thomas (4), Elizabeth (2), and Jane (0)[2].

The Rhodes family arrived at Fremantle, from Yorkshire, on February 24th, 1852 on the ship Will Watch with a family of thirteen[3].

Jane died on July 20, 1893 in Greenough, Colony of Western Australia, aged 81[4].
