Biography
Séraphie was born in Cocagne on 29 Feb 1820. She was the daughter of Placide Després and Anastasie Richard.[1][2] She married Célestin Goguen in Richibouctou-Village on 30 Oct 1837.[3] In the 1861 census Seraphie (age 40 years) lived in Dundas, Kent, New Brunswick.[4] She passed away about 1908.
