Biography

Jean Despres was born on 11 Oct 1820 and baptized on 15 Oct 1820 in Cocagne, New Brunswick, the son of Honore Despres and Marie Goguen.[1][2] He married Seraphie Surette Oct 9 1840 in Barachois NB.[3][4]

In the 1901 census Jean, age 80, was in the household of his son Jean in Dundas, Kent, New Brunswick.[5]
