Biography

Albert Crowdus is a part of US Black heritage.

Albert Crowdus was a Kentuckian.

Albert was born in 1888. He was the son of James Crowdus and his father's first wife, Allie Arnotte. His mother may have died when he was still an infant.

In the 1950 census it was noted that he had never married.

He served in WWI.

He died in 1954.

1924, his brother John Dies His brother John Crowdus (age 41), was murdered in 1924. He was shot three times after a dispute over a craps game by Harrison Andrews, and died in the city hospital. He was laid to rest in the Wilsonville Chapel AME Church Cemetery, Wilsonville, Boyle County, Kentucky, United States with a death date of 6 August 1924.^[7]

He was laid to rest in Wilsonville AME Cemetery. ^[10]
