Margerette Ellen "Margaret" "Maggie" (Almon) Cherry was born in 1862 in Carrollton, Greene, Illinois, United States.[1] She was the daughter of Jabez Almon and Sarah Marie (Hill) Almon. She passed away on October 6, 1906 in Yeager, Hughes, Oklahoma, United States. On the tombstone, the name is spelled Margerette with the nickname "Maggie" on the site. She was buried in Yeager Cemetery in Yeager, Hughes, Oklahoma, United States.[2]
