I have a Eliza Mary Best who married a John Best. And I wonder how can I add her that it says:

Eliza Mary Best (formerly Best)

Thanks,

Christine

I'd add something in the bio to make it clear this wasn't a mistake.    It happens more often than you think.
Thanks for all the suggestions. What I did is put a . after the married name:

Best-4321

It works and I will leave it for the meantime. It's not perfect I know and one day maybe it will be possible to add a married name same as maiden name.

Christine

Be prepared for someone to come along and "correct" that added . as it is not standard for name fields.

Mostly this type of thing is thoroughly explained in the biography, as it is way more common that you may think.

You just add it, but it doesn’t show up at the top of the profile. I have one in my tree where cousins married.

I also have one where first cousins married. I just made a note in the biography of that fact.
