Question

Melanie was able to help me with something other people had not been able to help me with. I would not had thought to use a different spelling of a name when all the siblings and her other records had the proper spelling. As she sugguested using a wildcard for trying to find the name.

I have to fully agree with Roy, Melanie is the one of the members that makes this community so amazing. Speaking for myself, she opens my mind in so many ways, yet always in such a respectful manner. She definitely qualifies as what Fred Rogers (Mr. Rogers) would describe as one of the 'helpers' in life!
