Please help me create some categories for this Northern Territory legend!

Question

Harold Charles "Tiger" Brennan was a member of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (the precursor of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly established by self-government in 1978) between 1955 and 1971, and mayor of the city of Darwin between 1972 and 1975.  [[Category: Australia, Politicians]] contains categories for every state but not the Northern Territory nor the ACT, so I'm thinking it might go:

Category: Australia, Politicians  --> Category: Australia, Territory Politicians --> Category: Northern Territory, Politicians (plus Category: ACT Politicians) --> Category: Northern Territory, Chief Ministers, Northern Territory, Legislative Assembly, Northern Territory Mayors.  

Or would it be better to just put it under Category: Australia, State Politicians?  Though technically we are not a "state", nor do we have a Premier.

Would also like to add Tiger Brennan to a Category: Mayors of the Northern Territory, under the Category: Australia, Mayors heading.

Hi Danielle - I did include 'australia' as one of the tags.  :)  But your comment inspired me to look and see what other places named "northern territory" might be out there.  It looks like we are the only singular "northern territory" vs "northern territories"; very interesting though!

Hi Vicky, thanks for creating the profile for Tiger Brennan. Really interesting! It'll be a great opportunity to add some Northern Territory categories. I notice that we don't have a category for Cyclone Tracy yet, I found the category for Darwin General cemetery. Did you want the World War II sticker to be added? We'll need to check if the category for his unit already exists.

I think a category for Mayors of the Northern Territory would be excellent.

Maybe the category Australia, State Politicians should be amended to Australia, State and Territory Politicians.

Hi Vicky, when you add your request(s), make sure to add a link to a profile for any new landing level categories, ie. NT, Chief Ministers and so on. I'll change the top level one as Gillian suggested. I'm a bit behind with category requests but plan to catch up in the next few days, so add them to the page to get them in the queue!
