The background image on my profile has disappeared. How can I restore it?

The background image on my profile has disappeared. I did not delete it and "changes" shows no change but it is gone. The image was Bly-5.jpg but there appears no way to restore it.

Go to the Edit tab and scroll down.  On the right-hand side there is a place to add the background image.

That adds new images. It does not restore the ones that disappeared.  I want to know why not only the background image on my profile has disappeared but why has it disappeared on other profiles to which I added background images.?

Are these other profiles open?

You can add the background image.  Edit tab, scroll down, right hand side where it says "Background Image" and put in  Bly-5.jpg.  Don't forget to save.

If you can't see the backgrounds on other profiles, it may be that you have tweaked a setting in your browser without realising this is what would happen.

As Melanie has said - are any of these profiles Open? (so we can see, and help).

Did you detach the image from the profile you uploaded it to? If there are no profiles attached to an image, they get deleted after a period of time.

Are you looking on your mobile phone? The background image won't be displayed there, only when logged onto the full website.
