How do I add my father when I receive an error message saying he is living and on Wikitree?

My father died in 1993. I was present at his death and I have a copy of his death certificate.

There is another Robert Collins-8793 that is a Living Profile, created by Susan Forman.  If you know who that is, maybe she created a profile for your father earlier.  If so, it will need to be merged.  Contact the other Susan to verify the information because we can't see it when it is a Living person.

He isn't the same person. I added my email for him because it asked for one. So it refused to add him. Once I figured out that it was asking for his email, I deleted that part and re-entered his info.

Emails are only added for living people when we are inviting them to become members.
