Who was the 2nd husband of Ann Stevens of Stamford, Connecticut (after Thomas Stevens died in 1658)?

Trying to find second husband (surname Honis, Homs, or Holmes) of Ann Stevens the widow of Thomas Stevens who died in 1658, Stamford, Connecticut.  I doubt that he was Francis Holmes (not even sure his surname was Holmes).  She is apparently called the widow Ann Honis or Homs in Stamford Land Records dated 20 December 1686 and 01 April 1689.  With two different records, I would think it would be clear whether it was Honis or Homs.   Source:  https://www.dkdonovan.com/getperson.php?personID=I55219&tree=Main

Another secondary source: "The early settlement of Stamford, Connecticut 1641-1700" by Jeanne Majdalny (1991) says that she married Francis Holmes/Homes.

If you have a nearby open Family History Library or affiliate, you can look up the land records. https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/360284?availability=Family%20History%20Library
His widow swore to his inventory but it doesn't name her. https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/9049/images/007628167_00837

But the widow of Francis Holmes is presumably Ann the mother of his children.  She was older, born ca. 1605 according to her wikitree profile (weblink below).  That's why I tend to doubt that Ann Stevens (widow of Thomas) was married to Francis Holmes, although some have come to that conclusion that they are the same Ann.       https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Unknown-153342

According to the journal, Connecticut Ancestry, volume 51, issues 243 (2008), Ann was later the wife of Francis Holmes. The evidence, quoting the article, says: "On 20 December 1686, the brothers Obadiah, Benjamin and Joseph Stevens agreed that their mother, "the widow Horns," would live with her son Benjamin Stevens, with some support being provided by the other two brothers in the form of certain specified gifts of animals. And, on 1 April 1689, Ann Horns, widow, signing with her X mark, gave "a sartain ox" to her son Joseph Stevens."

A later issue of the same publication Vol 64, Issue 295 (2021), says that Ann was the second wife of Francis Holmes, and all of his children were by an unnamed first wife. Anne and Francis didn't marry until after 1658. I have so far found no source for her birth, but I would guess it was not 1605.

I will update one of the Anne profiles and propose a merge.

Thank you for the information.  However, instead of merging the two Ann profiles, wouldn't it be easier to leave the other one for Unknown Unknown (b. ca. 1605) and mother of the Holmes children (as presently shown).  If they are merged, I assume all the Holmes children and Stevens children would then be listed under the merged Ann.  Then it would be more work to create a new profile for Unknown Unknown (b. ca. 1605) and transferring the Holmes children to her.  Doesn't it sound like a lot more work if they are merged.
Oops. I have already created Unknown Unknown and moved all but 1 PPP children over to her. That would have been a good option, though.
Thanks for all the work.  I have chosen yours as the "best answer".
Thanks very much :)
