Which 1830 US Census belongs to this Jesse Robinette? [closed]

United States Census for 1830 has two listings for Jesse Robinette in Allegany County, Maryland both have the oldest male aged between 30 and 40: 

Page 49: had 23 slaves:

 "United States Census, 1830," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XHPG-PLN : 12 August 2017), Jses Robinett, Allegany, Maryland, United States; citing 54, NARA microfilm publication M19, (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, n.d.), roll 53; FHL microfilm 13,176. Image 49-1 and Image 49-2.

Page 54 had no slaves:

Based on the probate file of Jess (who married Dorcas) discussing the disposition of "Negro property", see https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939F-M4H7-KQ?i=26&cc=1542664, it would appear that page 49 is more likely the proper 1830 census reference.
