Franciscus ZitoAromatarius[1] was buried on the grounds of San Francesco convent, extra moenia,[2] Sciacca, 8 February 1699, aged about 69: "Franciscus Zito Aromatarius ann: 69 c.r."[3]
Fran.co Zito, son of qm Cl: Giuseppe Zito [and Calogera Mulè], married at Sciacca (Quartiere Matrice), 2 June 1652, by Reverendo Sacerdote Don Filippo Savasta, Capp.ni, Chaterina Liotta, daughter of Giuseppe Liotta and qm Ninfa [Modica]. The witnesses were Sacerdote Don Vincenzo Xiamino and Clerico Nicolò Savasta, Sacerdote Don Vincenzo Xiamino conducted the benediction.[4]
Caterina Maria Leonora Liotta was born at Sciacca, Provincia di Girgenti, "hodierna luce," 26 May 1640, daughter of Giuseppe Liotta and Ninfa [Modica]; and was baptized in Matrice parish, 26 May 1640; her sponsors were Leonardo Cirulla and Chaterina Barresi.[5]Catharina uxor Francisci Zito Aromatarius was buried on the grounds of San Francesco convent, extra moenia,[6] Sciacca, 3 7bre (September) 1698, aged about 56: "Catharina uxor Francisci Zito Aromatarius ann: 56 c.r."[7]
