Biography

Basilio was born in Montevago around 1829 ^[1], son of Domenico Zito and Rosaria Napoli ^[2]. In 1852 at age 22 he married 38-year-old Grazia Barbera ^[3]. They had several children. Basilio died before Grazia's death in November 1889 ^[4]. He was still alive as of 20 October 1877. His marriage record describes him as middle class.
