Biography

Christopher Zang was born on 23 April 1847 in Bavaria Germany, son of Johann Adam Zang (1802–>1847) and Gertrudis Kunkel (1804–~1880).^[1]

His siblings were:

1. Balthasar Zang (10 November 1825 – 5 May 1900)
2. Philip Zang (7 October 1827 – 13 June 1905)
3. Gertrude Zang (29 June 1842 – 31 December 1919)

Christopher married Anna Mary Huss (born on 9 October 1846 in France; daughter of Laurence Huss). Their children were:

1. Mary Zang (28 January 1871 – unknown)
2. Susan Zang (22 August 1872 – 24 January 1946)
3. Phillip Alexander Zang (6 March 1877 – 19 August 1943)
4. John Christ Zang (7 April 1879 – 10 December 1955)
