Thanks for adding to the Michaels family tree.. I'm unrelated, but somehow got caught up trying to find info on Laurenz Michael (1843 - 1899) and those profiles came from that.
The Australia Project leadership team are carrying out a check-in to see how you are going in the project and especially to thank you for all your work on Australian profiles on WikiTree. We really value your participation.
Please could you get back to me by private message to let me know if you are happy with your current role and team involvement within the project or if you would like to do something additional or different. Currently you are on the Kangaroo Island team. If you would like a change, you can check on the Australia Project page to see what other options there are.
It would also be great to hear any feedback and any suggestions that you have to improve the project. On a practical note, if you are a member of the google group, are you receiving messages ok? Also do you have Australia as one of the tags you are following on the G2G? Don't forget to add it in if you don't have that tag yet.
Hello David - I'm not sure if you added the DNA confirmation for this profile but we need a source to be added or it will be removed at the next review. The profile has now been orphaned. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Giles-3654
Good to see another member with an interest in Australia on the site. Glad you have joined our Australia Project to help us improve the Australian content on Wikitree!
Ask questions in the G2G Forum and add the tag Australia when you post a question.
Hi David, welcome to the Australia Project. We are really glad you have joined us. To follow Australia on the G2G, add Australia to your tags. I'll also send you an invitation to the Australia Project google group, should you be interested. Any other questions, feel free to send me a message. Cheers. Gillian
Hi David, I am currently doing check-ins for the Australia project, and noticed that you have been contributing to the Kangaroo Island project, but are not a member of the Australia Project. Are you still interested in working on Kangaroo Island? If so, I'll join you up to the Australia Project as well. Thanks for all your wonderful work on WikiTree for Australia. Gillian, co-Leader, Australia Project
Congratulations on making more than 1,000 contributions to WikiTree for the Month of May. We all appreciate your efforts to make our Shared Tree the best it can be. Keep up the great work and THANK YOU!
Thanks for your input on the Wood/Lyne/Lynes pedigree. There seems to be confusion regarding Lynes v. Lyne and handwritten records do not help. Love to know if anyone has access to really well documented LNAB,
Cheers,Kathleen
There is a plaque showing that Reginald Stanley Carter Robinson did indeed live to be 104. It was found by an Ancestry FT correspondent and she uploaded it to her Hillard/Bell Family Tree.
