Annie was born in Upton, Cheshire, England, in 1888. She was the daughter of William Williams and Frances Jones. She was baptized on October 28, 1888, in Upton.^[1] She was enumerated in the 1891 census ^[2] as a two year old residing with her parents and three siblings in the Village of Upton. Maternal Grandmother Theresa Jones also at residence. She appeared in the 1901 census ^[3] as one of seven children residing with her parents on Liverpool Road, Huyton With Roby, Lancashire.

No definitive record for Annie found post 1901.
